A photo or detail does not show for me

Most of the time the reason is privacy:

• "Hidden" or a default picture shows instead of your relative's photo: they chose to keep it for close family or their tree only.
• The phone and email are close-family only by default, so more distant relatives do not see them.
• You do not see someone's personality type unless they allow it.

If your own photo does not show for others, review your profile privacy.

If the picture file itself is missing a default picture shows instead of a broken one, so upload it again.
