Is it free?
Yes. Ten core features are free forever: the family tree, photos, family posts, calendar, messages, news, phone directory, smart alerts, family members and the dashboard. The first 500 families also get every other feature free for 24 months. Later, the extras are a small yearly plan paid by the tree's creator only; relatives never pay. Prices may change, and we will tell you before they do.
Who can see my family tree?
Only your family. You invite who you want, and what is posted on the family wall and in photos is not shown to anyone else.
Can relatives in other countries join?
Of course. It works from any country and shows each relative the holidays of their own country.
Which languages are available?
Arabic and English today, with more languages coming.
Can I add relatives who are not online?
Yes. You can add them to the tree yourself, no account needed.
What do I get as a Founding Family?
Every feature free for 24 months from the day you register, and your own founding number. After that you keep the ten free features and can choose a plan for the rest.
How will I pay later?
By a simple bank transfer to our account, with your family code and a photo of the receipt. We confirm it and your plan starts. No card is needed, and your data is never deleted if you stop.
Can I try the app before signing up?
Yes. Press "Try the demo" to enter a complete demo family with every feature. It is put back to its original state once visitors have left, and nothing from it is sent to anyone.
