PLATFORM OWNER ACCESS AND PAYMENT RECEIPTS : اطلاع مالك المنصة وإيصالات الدفع

The platform owner manages the service for all families but sees, for each family, only numbers and dates: for example the number of members, posts and photos, the last login, and the plan dates. You may contact us to request access to the personal data we have collected about you, and we will confirm whether we are processing your data, and provide you with information about the personal data we have collected and processed about you. Right to erasure : الحق في المحو You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances. We will comply with such requests unless we have a valid legal basis or legal obligation to preserve the data. You can also delete your account yourself, at any time, from your profile (Privacy, "Delete my account"). You confirm with your password. The account is switched off at once and erased after 14 days; if you sign in again before then, the deletion is cancelled. When it is erased, we delete your login, email, phone, profile picture and details, and everything you wrote or uploaded (posts, photos, comments, messages, legacy messages, events and results), with the files. Your name, relations and life dates remain in the family tree as a relative without an account, so the tree of your relatives is not broken, and a family admin may remove that entry. Records that other members depend on, such as savings circles you took part in, and payment records, are kept without your personal details.
