You may propose to TreeLink modifications or improvements to all or any part of the TreeLink Services. The Parties shall use their best efforts to settle any disputes that may arise between them through friendly negotiations and which arise out of or in connection with these Terms of Use; the existence, validity, termination and interpretation of any term of this Agreement; and disputes related to your use of the TreeLink Services. If the parties fail to reach an amicable settlement, either party may refer such dispute to binding arbitration. In either case, the arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator who shall be a professional, legal or otherwise, but shall not be, or have previously been associated with either party (the “Arbitrator”). Free features. Founding Families. The first 500 families to register receive every feature free for 24 months from the day they registered. Paid plan. The specialty features (tree printing, the Quran, the Wheel of Life, the personality test, shares, legacy messages and famous family members) and any future Premium features require a paid plan. Prices and changes. Prices are shown on the "Plan and payment" page and may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will give you notice before it applies to your next renewal. Payment by bank transfer. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on the "Plan and payment" page, quoting the family's reference code and attaching the receipt. A plan starts only after we confirm the transfer. When a plan ends. After a free founding period or a paid plan ends, everything keeps working for 30 more days. After that the paid features are switched off until the plan is renewed. What the platform owner can see and do. For each family the platform owner sees only numbers and dates (for example how many members there are and when the plan ends), never the content of your posts, photos, messages or legacy messages. Your Data: Download and Deletion : بياناتك: التنزيل والحذف

Download. You may download a copy of your own data at any time from your profile (Privacy, "Download my data"). It contains what you own, such as your profile, posts, photos and the messages you sent, and never other members' private data. التنزيل. يمكنك تنزيل نسخة من بياناتك في أي وقت من ملفك الشخصي (الخصوصية، «تنزيل بياناتي»). وفيها ما تملكه، مثل ملفك ومنشوراتك وصورك والرسائل التي أرسلتها، ولا تحتوي أبداً على بيانات الأعضاء الآخرين الخاصة.

Deletion. You may delete your account yourself at any time from your profile. The account is switched off at once and erased after 14 days; signing in again before then cancels the deletion. What you wrote and uploaded is erased. Your name, relations and life dates may remain in the family tree as a relative without an account so that your relatives' tree is not broken, and a family admin may remove that entry. Records other members depend on, such as savings circles, and payment records are kept without your personal details. الحذف. يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك في أي وقت من ملفك الشخصي. يُوقَف الحساب فوراً ويُمحى بعد 14 يوماً، وتسجيل الدخول من جديد قبل ذلك يُلغي الحذف. ويُمحى ما كتبته ورفعته. وقد يبقى اسمك وصلاتك وتواريخ حياتك في شجرة العائلة كقريب بلا حساب حتى لا تنكسر شجرة أقاربك، ويستطيع مشرف العائلة حذف هذا السجل. وتبقى السجلات التي يعتمد عليها أعضاء آخرون، مثل الجمعيات، وسجلات الدفع، دون بياناتك الشخصية.

If you created a family. When your account is erased, the oldest other admin of the family with an account becomes its creator, inherits its plan and is told. If nobody else has an account in the family, it is deleted together with your account. إن أنشأت عائلة. عند محو حسابك يصبح أقدم مشرف آخر في العائلة لديه حساب منشئها ويرث خطتها ويُخطَر بذلك. وإن لم يكن فيها أحد آخر بحساب فتُحذف العائلة مع حسابك.

TreeLink’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by TreeLink in writing. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and TreeLink with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
