Delete your account and data
You decide what we keep. You can download a copy of your data, and then delete your account yourself.
1. First, download your data (optional)
One file (ZIP) with your profile, posts, photos, messages you sent and more. You will be asked for your password.
Sign in to download your data or delete your account.
Log in2. Delete it yourself
Sign in, open your profile, go to Privacy and press "Delete my account". You confirm with your password. Your account is switched off at once and erased after 14 days; if you sign in again before then, the deletion is cancelled.
3. Cannot sign in? Ask us by email
Write to privacy@treelinkpro.com from the address you registered with, or tell us the name on your account, and we will delete it for you.

After deleting your account, you can also remove the app from your Facebook or Google settings (Settings, then Apps and Websites / Third-party access). That stops it asking for your details again.
What is deleted
- Your login, email, phone, profile picture and profile details.
- Everything you wrote or uploaded: posts, photos, comments, messages, legacy messages, events and your test results.
- Your name, relations and life dates stay in the family tree as a relative without an account, so nobody's tree breaks. A family admin can remove you from the tree.
- Group records stay: savings circles and sacrifices you joined (other members' money records depend on them) and payment records, without your personal details.
If you created a family
The oldest other admin with an account becomes its creator and inherits its plan, and is told. If nobody else has an account in it, the family is deleted together with your account. Your profile page shows exactly what will happen.
Deleting it yourself: erased after 14 days. Requests sent by email: processed as soon as we can, and within 30 days.
