Searching, zooming and moving around the tree
How to find a person quickly, zoom the tree and move in it.
- Search: type part of a name in the search box, then press a result to jump to that person in the tree.
- Zoom: the + and − buttons, or two fingers on a phone. If the buttons disappear, scroll to the top of the page.
- Moving: drag the tree with the mouse or your finger.
- The guided tour: explains the buttons step by step the first time, and you can run it again.
- Videos: the video strip at the top closes with one press, and it is also on the help videos page.
