I inherited a family: I am now the creator
What it means when a family's creator leaves and you become its creator, and what stays exactly as it was.
When the creator of a family deletes their account, the family passes automatically to its oldest other admin with an account. If you received a "You are now the creator of..." notice, that is you.
What changed?
- You are now the creator: only you manage the admins, and you are the one who pays the plan when it is renewed.
- The plan and its dates are exactly as they were: nothing is due now, and the end of the founding period or of a paid plan did not move.
- The family's posts, photos and tree are all as they were.
What can you do?
- Open Plan and payment to see the status, the dates and the history: Plan and payment.
- Do not want this responsibility? Make another admin the creator of the family from the admin management page: Adding and removing an admin.
The smart alert about this stays visible to you for 30 days.
